I was greeted very warmly, when I gave my name the assistant remembered talking to me and the services i came to have performed. I was called when my car was ready for me to pick up. I will share something wit you. If someone asks for my business and I think they will provide excellent service, I will try them at least once if they prove they call WOW me I will be a customer for life. I received two call from your dealership, one to remind me about a few recalls on my vehicle and second to see when I wanted to schedule my service for these items or If I wasn't ready now please call here Sara Palacios and she would be happy to assist me with scheduling the services. SHE ASKED FOR MY BUSINESS I traveled 65 miles to take my car to RENICK to be serviced because of Sara,and I will continue to have it services at RENICK rather than a dealership which is closer to my home. It is my high option that, Sara is certainly an asset to your company. Thank you, Joyce L. Allen P.S. I was very dissatisfied with the rent-a-car I got from Enterprise. First, there was no gas in the car and I would have had to go get gas immediately, so the assistant took it and put gas in it. Second the car was filthy and I did not notice until I left the lot and was in the sunshine, it was a black car which may be the reason the dirt showed as much as it did.

Brought in my Subaru BRZ Limited for her first service (3,750 miles). The service was fine and quickly done (about an hour). Suggested improvements: A checklist of what was checked/done etc Example: * Oil & filter changed - 4 Litres Synthec * Tire pressue checked - 33 psi * Tire tread checked - 3/8" * Recall noticed checked - None * Navigation system checked for updates - current The car wash is great, perhaps you could add a quick vacuum of the floor mats as well. :-)

I just purchased this car and brought it in for Lojack and Dupont sealant, but have had my previous SRX, also purchased at Renick, serviced there for many years. I find the service dept always very responsive and knowledgable. Particularly, service advisor Sarah Palacios has always been extreemly helpful.

We brought the car in for standard...
We brought the car in for standard maintenance and for one small issue. A plastic pin that was holding a flap in front of the rear tire had fallen out. The paperwork said the car would be ready by noon but the service specialist assured me the car would be ready earlier than this. We called to check on the car at 11am and found out that they had to order the part and the car would not be finished until around 2pm. This was not acceptable as the car was needed for work. We picked up the car at that time and found that they were able to make a temporary fix with a cadillac part and promised to make the permanent repair at our next visit. My husband was upset because they did not call us and explain this - we had to call them to find out that the car would be delayed. Personally, I didn't think it was that big a deal but he was a bit upset.
