My BRZ was in for a service and warranty work, which was completed with no complaints. However, I do think that for warranty work, I should be provided with a courtesy car without having to beg for it. I also own a Lexus, and they always provide a courtesy car, even if I'm just bringing the car in for an oil change. Subaru could learn a thing or two from their customer service. Read More >>

I was greeted very warmly, when I gave my name the assistant remembered talking to me and the services i came to have performed. I was called when my car was ready for me to pick up. I will share something wit you. If someone asks for my business and I think they will provide excellent service, I will try them at least once if they prove they call WOW me I will be a customer for life. I received two call from your dealership, one to remind me about a few recalls on my vehicle and second to see when I wanted to schedule my service for these items or If I wasn't ready now please call here Sara Palacios and she would be happy to assist me with scheduling the services. SHE ASKED FOR MY BUSINESS I traveled 65 miles to take my car to RENICK to be serviced because of Sara,and I will continue to have it services at RENICK rather than a dealership which is closer to my home. It is my high option that, Sara is certainly an asset to your company. Thank you, Joyce L. Allen P.S. I was very dissatisfied with the rent-a-car I got from Enterprise. First, there was no gas in the car and I would have had to go get gas immediately, so the assistant took it and put gas in it. I came in with my 2010 Subaru Forester to get a new entry remote programed, I found the staff very friendly and helpful.
